Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MOE DIMENSION online store at moedimension.com (the "Store") and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. MOE DIMENSION is an online hobby retailer based in Montréal, Québec, Canada. For questions, contact us at skylinely2615@gmail.com.

1. General terms

MOE DIMENSION sells hobby products through the Store. We may update these Terms at any time; the version in effect when you place your order applies. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or stock unavailability.

2. Products

We specialize in Gundam and other mecha model kits and related hobby products. Model kits require assembly and may require painting; tools, paints, and glue are not included unless expressly stated. Product descriptions and images are for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product. We make reasonable efforts to keep descriptions accurate but do not guarantee they are error-free.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Prices may change without notice; the price in effect at the time your order is confirmed applies. If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it and to cancel affected orders with a full refund.

4. Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase using the payment methods offered at checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. If payment cannot be processed, your order will not be fulfilled.

5. Shipping

We offer Canada-wide shipping at a flat rate of CA$30 per order. Local delivery is available in the Lasalle area of Montréal; local delivery options and fees are shown at checkout. Shipping and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

6. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To qualify, items must be unopened and unassembled, in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. To start a return, contact us at skylinely2615@gmail.com. 7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Store will be submitted to the courts of Québec.
