Recommended Music Video: Coldplay’s “Daddy”

Just a couple of weeks ago, I had a discussion with someone about favourite music videos. I made the comment that I thought it’d be easy to come up with at least a top five list. And then I only managed to list four.😅 However, now I’ve found a music video that completes my list: Coldplay’s Daddy.

Remastered Version of Natalie Imbruglia’s “Torn” Music Video Released!

I just noticed that less than a week ago, a remastered high-def version of the music video for Natalie Imbruglia‘s hit Torn was released on YouTube. Torn is one of my favourite songs from the 90s and I’ve always loved this video; Natalie is a beautiful woman and the boyish look she sports in this clip is very cute!😄 Anyway, if you’re interested, you can check out the video below.

Till next time, au revoir, arrivederci and may the force be with you!😊

Well, whattaya know? BABYMETAL have released another promo video from their soon-to-be-released album, this time for the epic power ballad titled THE ONE. Personally, it didn’t grab me instantly like KARATE did, but it’s still a nice, catchy song and it’ll probably grow on me. You can check it out for yourselves below.

Incidentally, I’ve decided I want to hear more of BABYMETAL, so I’ve gone ahead and ordered both of BABYMETAL’s albums (their self-titled debut album and their upcoming album, METAL RESISTANCE). I guess this means I’m well on the way to becoming one of their multitude of fans! [^_^]

Till next time, au revoir, arrivederci and may the force be with you!

I haven’t really taken much notice of BABYMETAL before (even though I subscribed to them on YouTube a while back), but I just watched the promo video for their latest single KARATE and I actually found it kind of cool and catchy. For those of you who haven’t seen it, you can check out the video below.

It appears that BABYMETAL will be emabarking on a new world tour soon, which will kick off on the 2nd of April at Wembley Stadium(!). I’m actually quite amazed at the success they’ve had. There are heaps of talented Japanese singers and musicians, but very few of them are well-known outside Japan. Then again, I guess they don’t really have anything really different to offer the world. BABYMETAL very cleverly came up with a novel approach to a somewhat niche genre.

Till next time, au revoir, arrivederci and may the force be with you!
