Happy Birthday Kizuna Ai!

Today (June 30) is the Japanese “virtual” YouTuber Kizuna Ai’s (first?) birthday. So Happy Birthday, Ai-chan!😊 You can visit her YouTube channel by clicking here. She also has a gaming channel, which you can visit by clicking here. And if you’re simply wondering who Kizuna Ai is, you can read the post I wrote about her in April by clicking here.

Till next time, au revoir, arrivederci and may the force be with you!😊

New Fan Art: A Sexy Breath in the Wild

I’ve uploaded a second drawing (for mature people) of Zelda from The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, to my pixiv gallery. This time, it’s a dakimakura-style drawing. Till next time, au revoir, arrivederci and may the force be with you!

Self-proclaimed World’s First Virtual YouTuber, Kizuna Ai

Tumblr can be a great way to find out about things that are trending in pop culture. As an example, I first found out about Miraculous, the French 3D animated female superhero show, on Tumblr. And today, I found out about Kizuna Ai.

According to Tumblr, Kizuna Ai is “a virtual anime YouTuber girl created with Miku Miku Dance”, but in her own words, she is simply the world’s first virtual YouTuber.

Ai first appeared in December last year, but she already has about 80 YouTube videos. That’s some output! I’ve only seen a handful of them so far, but one thing I can already say is this: she’s great! She has a really cute voice and her dialogue is very funny. Of course, the virtual YouTuber thing is a bit of a stretch: there’s a voice actor involved and possibly a separate motion actor, too. In fact, the whole thing is apparently a professional project. According to (which is a Japanese blog devoted to YouTubers), Kizuna Ai is the product of a new company called Activ8, which probably created her to promote many the services they offer. One of these services is something they refer to as “character business production”. Ai herself has her own website,, where you are able to download Ai’s 3D model for free!

New Fan Art: A Princess in the Wild

A Princess in the WildOK, so I couldn’t help myself. I had to draw that scene that caught my eye in the latest Breath of the Wild trailer, except I made it a bit more “interesting”.😉 You can see the proper illustration on my pixiv gallery. Till next time, au revoir, arrivederci and may the force be with you!

New “Zelda” Game Out March 3!

Today (well, technically yesterday, actually), the release date for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild was officially announced. It will be out on March 3, which is also the launch date for Nintendo’s new console, the Switch. As you can see in the brand new trailer above, the latest Zelda game certainly looks like it’s going to be epic! However, the Switch itself is a little bit pricey (¥29,980 in Japan or $469.95 in Australia) so I doubt I’ll be able to play it any time soon. But I’m glad that the latest incarnation of Zelda has finally been fully revealed.😊

There are several shots of Zelda in the new trailer, but I liked this one the best.

zelda_03I think Zelda looks very attractive (and a little bit sexy!) in this strapless outfit. And her expression is downright moe!😖 If I were Link, I’d have no qualms about travelling to the ends of the world and fighting countless foes if she asked me to, with those eyes.

This was an interesting shot.

zelda_04Because she has her back to the camera, I thought Zelda was bathing naked for a split second. But then I quickly remembered that this is a Nintendo game.😋

March 3 is not that far away is it? Although unfortunately I won’t be buying the game on that day, I’ll be interested to see if any figures of the new Zelda are going to be released in near future. They would definitely be worth getting!

Till next time, au revoir, arrivederci and may the force be with you!
