Celsys’ Clip Studio Paint is currently on sale. The Pro version (which is the mid-level “Illustration” version) has been discounted by 70%, while the EX version (which is the top-level “Comic” version) has been discounted by 60%. There is also a low-level version, but apparently that is not available as a stand-alone product.
